Special Children will be recognize and understand Globally

Now a days there are cases reported that there are children born to be mentally challenge or they are physically impaired. They are somtime being ignored by the governments they are even not a part of the society. But still they are part of the nation they may be different physically or even the way they think.
There are so many walk held to make voices for them, In the philippines for example they have "Walk for Angels" this walk is for the children with Autism and "Happy Walk" this is for the childrean who have Down Syndrome but this walks is not enough still they dont get enough.
 
But within ourselves how can we help them?
 
As an individual how can we help them?
 
How can we make a difference?
