I just join the forum and would like to to introduce myself:
I am an associate professor at the Department of Teacher Preparation, Arabic Language Institute of King Saud University. I received my BA degree in Arabic Language from King Saud University, Riyadh. I received an MA degree in TESOL from Michigan State University, USA as well as a PhD degree in Computer Assisted Language Learning from the English Department at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA.
My research interests are in the field of Applied Linguistics. More specifically, I am working on the following topics:
-Computer Assisted Language Learning ( CALL )
-Computer Applications in Second Language Acquisition
-Language Teacher Preparation and Training as related to CALL
-The Use of Computer in Teaching Arabic as a Second Language
